Birdhouse was a project carried out for Design Week Mexico 2015. The project consisted of a collaborative public installation, with the participation of 24 students with individual proposals that together formed a whole. The purpose of the installation was to intervene in the urban landscape, incorporating itself into the context of the space and inviting the natural inhabitants of the ecosystem, birds, to make use of it.

Birdhouse was led by professors Francisco Torres and Mariel H. Manzur, and represented Universidad Anáhuac Norte in the 2015 edition of Design Week as part of the Ephemeral Structures event, which takes place in Parque Lincoln, CDMX.
